POPCORNY CHAINSAW MASACRE. -Call "Claims Claims Claims". Now.
Bam finally gets revenge after years of Piff's passive slander. A2 sized screen print for Boxbird Gallery's CinemaScope Exhibition. This was based on the 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' but given a subtle Popcorny insurance claim advert twist.

Picture This: postcards competition
I was delighted to have been shortlisted and "highly commended" in the 'Picture This: Postcards and letters beyond text competition' organised by Katie Reid. The exhibition took place at the University of Sussex and featured over 80 entrants. (Mine is the orange evacuation/emergency plane crash pastiche at the top...)

Vinyl project...
I've been screen printing onto old records for the Spraygraphic Vinyl Record Show in Arizona. There was no particular theme, so I decided to go for a view from space of the (over) friendly planet Popcorny transmitting many hellos and kisses out to the aliens.
(nb. No good albums were hurt in this process ...strictly bad taste only!)
(extra by-line: Of course I didn't have any records of bad taste, I bought them from a charity shop)

Book Covers: A crafty use for wonky prints...

I couldn't find a diary I liked this year so decided to make one by cutting up some screen prints that had gone badly wrong in the printing process that I couldn't bring myself to throw away.... Collage!!

"Popcorny Wall Debacle" - my first attempt at animation
Needs quite a bit of tweeking but I thought I'd put it up anyway. (It's actually not as blurry as this still suggests!)
The brilliantly imaginatively titled "Records"
-2 colour screen print.
