Very excited to announce that PopCorny will be appearing at this year's Pick Me Up show with the Unlimited Collective. Pick Me Up is the UK's original contemporary graphic arts festival at the prestigious Somerset House, situated on the banks of the Thames in Central London. 18th-28th April 2013.

Fresh New Springtime Print

Brand spanking new for spring! I've just completed this new work in time for the...er...snow we're having in April. It's good to know exactly who's is what and who owns which, and why. So these pears have evolved over time to grow ready-labelled for your convenience, to avoid confusion. It might have something to do with the roots of the tree soaking up all the rich nutrients of the soil filled with discarded logos and packaging labels from this modern world we live in. Maybe.

Brighton Christmas Market

The Makers Boutique Christmas Market is on every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from now until Christmas... located right on the Brighton Seafront and the Fishing Quarter gallery. Come check out unique gifts and goodies on the eclectic range of stalls!

The Popcorny stall features a selection of large and small screen prints plus other gifty items.....

Hand printed Popcorny Tea towels featuring my "Make it Squeaky Clean" design in either orange or blue. There are just a handful of these left!

Seafront Arty Market!

Popcorny will be at the Makers Boutique pop-up art market at the Fishing Quarter Museum, right on the Brighton seafront this weekend! It's open every weekend until the 23rd of December.

New Print...

I've just screen printed this as part of a project for Unlimided Editions Gallery for the Brighton Festival in May. Every artist was given a letter of the alphabet. My "X" is suffering from a bit of an identity crises. He stands for danger and negative connotations yet he's just full of kisses and saucy feelings. Can't wait to see all the alphabet together... watch this space!

projectile kisses...

I'm just about to screen print this new design "projectile kisses" onto paper that I have hand painted first. They're gonna be BIG and they're gonna all be different and they'll be extremely limited edition. Fingers crossed they turn out out right...

Bam finally gets revenge after years of Piff's passive slander. A2 sized screen print for Boxbird Gallery's CinemaScope Exhibition. This was based on the 'Texas Chainsaw Massacre' but given a subtle Popcorny insurance claim advert twist.

The Assembly Room Art & Design Market 2011 was an amazing bustling arty success! Two days of selling my Popcorny screen prints and meeting great people in this beautiful building right in the heart of Brighton.
